Christine and the team at Lester Memorial Home provided exceptional care during a very difficult time. We had called very late and our call was picked up right away, even though Christine was off duty and had guests over. She was compassionate, professional, and attentive from start to finish, treating our loved one with dignity and guiding our family with genuine kindness.

My dad‘s funeral was held at Lester Memorial on January 9, 2026. From the moment he was picked up from his home, he was treated with such respect and dignity.
Through out the entire process, Christine Cuoco (Funeral Director/owner) and her staff treated us as if we were their own family with such kindness and comfort.
Every detail was absolute perfection.

My family and I had the unfortunate need for the services of a memorial home twice in the past two months. My father and mother in law both passed away in an eight week period.
From our first meeting with Christine and Joe to pre plan my father's arrangements, through my mother in law's recent funeral arrangements, everything at Lester's was handled with care and compassion.
The loved ones we lost were obviously a very big part of our family and Christine and her staff's kindness made the difficult days we faced a little easier. It truly made a difference in our lives during some of the hardest days we have ever faced.
They didn't just handle the details in a business like manner, they listened to us, consulted with us, and treated our loved ones with the dignity and love they deserved. They guided us through each step, answered our questions, and offered us gentle reassurance that brought us comfort during very emotional and vulnerable times in our lives.
I also want to mention the office manager, Gina. Gina was always accessible and thoroughly made sure the details of the services, announcement, obligations, and the business side were taken care with our best interest in mind and just as our family wished.
Everyone's at Lester's attention to detail was amazing from our first dealings with them through the professional and dignified way the viewing, transportation, and internment were handled. There are too many small moments and details to mention in this forum where the Christine's staff exceeded our expectations but I would be happy to be a reference for them to anyone faced with choosing a memorial home.
I personally would not consider reaching out to any place else in a time of need. They treated us like their own family. If you want your family member or loved one to be cared for by people who will treat them like their own loved one I would consider Lester's Memorial home.

My mother's funeral was held at Lester's in February 2016. She had an awful and tragic death and we weren't sure how she would look. I had the unfortunate experience of needing to arrange my son's funeral, but I couldn't have asked for a better team to help me through it. Lester Memorial Home, under the guidance of Director David and Manager Gregory, went above and beyond to provide heartfelt and professional support during this difficult time. David （a kind hearted retired Jamesbury Police Chief ）made many phone calls to police and lawyer as well as informed me with pointers regarding to my son's suspicious death.
Their dedication and passion were evident from the moment we contacted them. They listened to our needs and concerns, showing genuine empathy and understanding. Their assistance in planning the funeral was invaluable, and they handled every detail with care and precision.
