Rudolph Nicholas Derosa Obituary (1930

Rudolph N. DeRosa, 81 of Franklin Park, NJ died Tuesday March 27 at the VA Health Care System - Lyons, Bernards Township, NJ. Born in New York City, Mr. DeRosa lived in Brooklyn for most of his life before moving to Franklin Park 8 years ago. He was employed for over 25 years as a computer analyst for the Mobil Oil Corp., NY, NY, retiring in 1990. Mr. DeRosa was an Army veteran of the Korean War, attaining the rank of Sergeant. He was a parishioner of St. Augustine RC Church, Kendall Park, NJ. Surviving is his wife of 57 years, Vita Danzo DeRosa, two sons Gerard of Cape May Courthouse, NJ and Richard of Freehold, NJ, a daughter Mary Nortesano of Kendall Park, and five grandchildren Gerard, John and Mary Grace Nortesano and Danielle and Dominick DeRosa. Funeral services will begin Friday 9 a.m. at the Lester Memorial Home followed by a 10 a.m. funeral liturgy at St. Augustine RC Church, Kendall Park. Burial will be in the NJ Veterans Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ. Visiting hours for family and friends will be Thursday 6-9 p.m. and Friday 8-9 a.m. at the funeral home.
