Estelle Etta (Pettit) Thomas Obituary (1937

Estelle Etta (Pettit) Thomas, 79 of Monroe Township died Monday October 24th at her home. Born in South River, Mrs. Thomas lived there until she moved to Monroe Township in 1964. Mrs. Thomas was employed for 25 years as a custodian for the Board of Education in Monroe Township, retiring in 2000. She was predeceased by her husband Frank Alfred Thomas Sr. in 1997, her brother Fred Pettit, her half-sister Ruth Borgansen Krainski and her two half-brothers Robert and Jack Borgansen. Surviving are her daughters Cynthia Widota of Monroe Township and Laurie Genthe of Spotswood, her four sons Frank A. Jr. and his wife Marimena of San Antonio, Texas, Robert and his wife Robyn of South River, David of Freehold and Scott and his wife Karen of Monroe Township, her sister Doris Williams of Round Rock, Texas and six grandchildren Travis, Morgan, Andrew, Weston, Alleysha and Tyler.
